To provide secure, safety, trust service to every customer, Exord set up the following basic policy and encourages our staff to comply with it.
- We observe personal information protection law and associated law, and we set up the internal company regulation (company regulation) and try to practice, maintain and keep amending this company regulation.
- We consolidate the management system for personal information protection, and try to encourage our staff to comply.
- We treat personal information in range of the purpose which we show to our customer. Moreover, we do not show and provide the information to third party without any legitimate reason.
- We try to retain the personal information accurate and updated and prevent the illegal access, divulging of information and losses. We also try to enhance and amend the information security.
- We reply quickly when we receive any inquiry regarding personal information from customer.

In the situation which we receive the personal information, preliminarily we will show the utilization purpose of the information and use it in the range of the purpose. If we need to use the information over the range of purpose, we will contact customers and after we get approval from them, we will use the information. The Utilization purpose of personal information is as followings,

The collection of personal information should be made in a "legitimate and fair manner.

- In the case we have an approval from customer.
- Provided by laws and regulations.
- In the case if we need the information to protect the human life.
- In the case we set aside the personal information in the range to accomplish the utilization purpose.
- For transfer of businesses which are caused by merger, demerger.
- Regardless (1), there is the possibility to provide the customers’ address, name and phone number to related company if we decide that the provision of information is proper.
